Vista Equity Partners has hired Evercore and Barclays to explore a potential sale of Allvue Systems, an alternative investment software provider, at a reported valuation of $2–3 billion including debt. Anderson Hay Enterprise's plan-confirmation hearing has been rescheduled from August 19 to October 6, giving creditors more time to review a proposed $16.9 million cash sale of non-real-estate operating assets to Idaho forage company Standlee.
