AMC Posts Record $1.6B Quarterly Revenue and $321M Adjusted EBITDA in Q2 2026
AMC Entertainment reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue and Adjusted EBITDA in Q2 2026, with a 69.6% year-over-year surge in Adjusted EBITDA to $321.4 million on attendance of 71.29 million patrons. The gains were driven by a strong domestic box office, flat operating expenses despite a 13.5% attendance increase, and faster growth in food and beverage revenue than admissions. AMC also refinanced $400 million in debt and eliminated $155.8 million in notes, pushing all maturities to 2029 and projecting up to $67 million in annual interest savings.
