Evenepoel Wins Tour Stage 16 Time Trial With Pogačar 28 Seconds Back
Remco Evenepoel won the 26.1-kilometre individual time trial at Stage 16 of the 2026 Tour de France in 32:19, with Tadej Pogačar finishing second 28 seconds later. Pogačar retained the yellow jersey with a 4:32 lead over Evenepoel in the general classification, and five stages remain before the July 26 finish in Paris. The stage also saw Florian Lipowitz crash and withdraw with a broken collarbone, removing him from fifth place overall.
