Clearlake Capital Group has bought out Todd Boehly and Mark Walter's stakes in Chelsea Football Club, giving the private equity firm full control while Hansjörg Wyss remains a minority stakeholder. Reported figures of £950 million for the combined stakes and a £5 billion club valuation come from sources close to the deal, not from Chelsea or Clearlake directly. Premier League approval for the change of control has not been confirmed, and no successor to Boehly as chairman has been named.
Bologna dismissed Domenico Tedesco on September 16, 2026, after four Serie A matches that left the club 16th with one point from one draw and three defeats. Raffaele Palladino, who previously managed Monza and Fiorentina across 126 professional matches, was appointed the same day on a contract through June 30, 2029. Palladino's first match in charge is scheduled against Torino on September 19, 2026, at the Renato Dall'Ara.
