Do I need a Quoin account?
Yes. You sign in with your Quoin account the first time you open the app, and if you're new you can create one from the same screen. Every new account starts with 5 free agents, and no card is needed.
How do agents work?
Each agent you run comes out of your agent balance. You can add more whenever you like from Billing inside the app, and the agents you buy never expire.
Which computers does it run on?
On a Mac, one universal download runs natively on both Apple silicon and Intel. On Windows, it runs on Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit).
How do updates work?
The app checks for new versions on its own and lets you know when one is ready. This page always links to the newest release.
Can I use Quoin without installing anything?
Yes. Quoin also runs in your browser. You can open it at quoin.ai and sign in with the same account.
